Everday athlete is a program for regular people looking for irregular results from their training & nutrition. Common everyday athletes include former powerlifters, weightlifters, high school or divison one athletes, martial artists, weekend warriors and just regular guys looking for a routine that gets them jacked, strong, and feeling athletic.

Everyday Athlete coaching Includes:

  • Weekly training & nutrition check-ins
  • Weekly program modifications
  • Access to your program remotely through Everfit
  • Access to premium resources like the Power Recipe Manual
  • A comprehensive Nutrition Assessment & Follow-up consult
  • Periodized nutrition strategy for long term results

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You're brand new to fitness
  • You don't enjoy pushing your limits in the gym
  • You can't train atleast 4x/week consistently
  • You have a planet fitness membership (not a gym. won't get results)
  • You hate getting results
