This program is developed for what I call "The Every day Athlete". The everyday athlete program is a general program for someone training 4 x per week looking to improve strength and athleticism.
You're maybe past your competitive prime but still looking to train like an athlete which means getting strong, keeping springy with jumps, and still putting on some lean mass.
The program can be modified to 3x per week.
