This program is designed for the serious trainee looking to have it all. If you want an unbreakable cardiovascular system without sacrificing your strength and muscle gains, then you found the right program.

This progam is designed with 4 lifts and 2 conditioning sessions per week. If you train 4-5 x a week you can still make it work. I outline in the book how to organize the program if you train 4-5 x a week.

Not for beginners, this program is for those with good training experience.
